Due to severe cutbacks in the CAPS Program, the Community Policing Offices have been cut to where they now have only one Sgt. and two Patrolmen. Consequently, they have found it necessary to cut the CAPS meetings from monthly to bi-monthly, with even-numbered beats meeting in the even-numbered months, and vice versa.
